We ship all of our waterers
using the US Postal Service. Do it yourself kits
ship first class mail in a large envelope or small box and pre-made
waterers ship priority mail in a medium-sized box. If you order
more then three pre-made waterers, they may arrive in separate
shipments. Be sure to provide a shipping address which the USPS
will deliver to.
Please
allow 6 to 10 business days for your waterers to arrive. Waterers usually
arrive during the early end of the delivery estimate except during busy
mailing seasons (December) or when we are flooded in and can't leave
the farm for a few days.
We
are unable to offer any expedited shipping options. We are a small
business and live in a very rural area with no UPS or FedEx options
nearby. We're sorry that we can't accommodate rush orders.
Waterers
shipped outside the U.S. may take an extra week to arrive.
Is your waterer late?
Please
check through your junk mail to make sure you didn't overlook a do it
yourself kit by expecting it to come in a box. Then check with
other family members to see if they picked your waterer up by
mistake. (You'd be surprised how many "lost" orders turn up in
the trunk of the car or slid down behind the kitchen table.) If
you're sure your waterer has not arrived and at least 11 business days
have passed since your order, please email info@avianaquamiser.com.
